Steven James Baker, one the best and most experienced chef on Zakynthos island. Born in London, grew up in rural France, finding his passion for food at a young age he quickly decided to adventure in culinary world. A well traveled chef, starting his career as an apprentice in France at 16, working from one country to another gathering, cooking knowledge, tasting experiences and traditional recipes, under some of the best renowned chefs.
